Refund Policy

Generating a commercial costs us real computing time the moment you press the button, so this policy draws a line at that moment. Everything before it is refundable; after it, we fix problems rather than reverse charges.

The short version

1. Unused credits

Credits you have not spent can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. If you bought a pack and used some of it, we refund the unused credits at the per-credit price you actually paid.

2. Commercials already generated

Once a commercial has been produced, the credit is spent and is not refundable — the computing cost is incurred at that point and cannot be recovered. Before you pay anything, you see your script and three opening shots, precisely so you can judge the direction before committing.

3. When generation fails

If something breaks on our side, the system detects it and returns your credit automatically. You do not need to ask, and nothing is charged for a commercial that was never delivered. If you believe a credit was consumed without a video being produced, write to us and we will restore it.

4. When something goes wrong with the result

A finished commercial that is technically broken — corrupted file, missing audio, wrong aspect ratio, or output that ignored your brief entirely — is our problem, not yours. Tell us within 7 days and we will regenerate it at no cost.

This covers defects, not taste. If the commercial works but is not the interpretation you hoped for, regenerating gives you a different result, and the human editor add-on exists exactly for that case.

5. Human editor add-on

• If we do not deliver within 24 hours of your order, you get the full US$90 back.
• One round of revisions is included. Tell us what to adjust and we will do it.
• Once the edited video has been delivered and revised, the work is done and the fee is not refundable.
• If you cancel before we start editing, you get a full refund.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@creativeads.app from the address on your account, telling us what you bought and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy adds to your legal rights and does not replace them. If you are a consumer in Brazil, the Consumer Protection Code gives you a 7-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online, counted from the date of purchase. Consumers elsewhere may have similar rights under local law, and nothing here limits them.

8. Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, please write to us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute, and a chargeback filed before contacting us may suspend your account while it is investigated.
